While Amitabh Bachchan sported kohl in his eyes for the menacing look in Agneepath, in Karan Johar's remake of the same flick, Hrithik Roshan will not.
Says a source, "Though Hrithik's look is closely guarded in Agneepath, his make-up (done by Vijay and Robin Slater), is a cool, contemporary edgy one with moustache and stubble.
Though his character doesn't wear kajal or kohl in his eyes, Hrithik looks equally intense and menacing. In fact, he has never looked better!"
Amitabh Bachchan's make-up artiste, Deepak Sawant (who has worked with Bachchan since his first film Saat Hindustani) reminisces, "When Mr Bachchan did Agneepath we had originally decided to put kajal in his eyes. But after a few scenes, it started smudging and didn't look good so we decided to use kohl instead."
